Dr. Kent Horsley graduated Summa Cum Laude from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. He grew up in New Hampshire but is proud to now call Southern California his home. He enjoys providing quality, detail-oriented dentistry customized to each patient's needs and goals.
Dr. Horsley believes the delivery of innovative and evidence-based treatment leads to a better patient experience. His approach is meticulous, personalized, and focused on understanding what the patient wants and desires to achieve. This promotes his primary aspiration to help patients achieve their oral health goals. He feels that few things are as rewarding as when a patient realizes that their oral health can have transformative impacts on their overall health, confidence, and quality of life.
Dr. Michael is from Southern California. She graduated from the University of California, Riverside, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in sciences in Biology. Dr. Michael obtained her doctorate at the University of Southern California, Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry. She practices general and family dentistry, with an interest in cosmetic dentistry. In addition, she is a member of the ADA & CDA.
Dr. Michael has a strong appreciation for the artistic aspect of dentistry. From cosmetics and restorative procedures to more complicated cases, Dr. Michael enjoys the satisfaction of her patients as they begin to love their smile. Dr. Michael believes that educating her patients is the first step to a healthier mouth, leading to long term benefits and a happier smile.
Dr. Michael lives in Chino with her family. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and playing and collecting musical instruments.
Dr. Park was born in New York, NY, and graduated from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. He obtained his doctorate at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. His residency was at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, NJ.
Dr. Park is deeply passionate about caring for your oral health. By educating our patients and helping patients understand how to best care for their teeth and gums, Dr. Park works alongside you to prevent dental issues before they arise. He ensures that each patient feels heard and valued by custom creating a treatment plan that is best suited for his patients and informs you the best way to move forward with his treatments.
Dr. Park lives in the Inland Empire with his wife and one dog and enjoys hiking and swimming. His hobbies include being outdoors, playing board games, and various sports.
Dr. Justin Kim is a dedicated and detail-oriented dentist who brings a thoughtful, patient-first approach to his work. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where he received comprehensive training in both restorative and preventive care. Known for his calm and caring demeanor, Dr. Kim is committed to making each visit as comfortable and positive as possible. Whether it’s a routine check-up or a more involved procedure, he takes the time to listen to each patient’s concerns and tailor treatment to their individual needs.
What drives Dr. Kim most is the opportunity to help people feel confident in their smiles and empowered about their oral health. He values clear communication and believes that building trust is just as important as delivering great clinical results.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Kim leads a very active and hands-on life. He’s a big sports fan and especially loves playing tennis and watching NBA games—he proudly supports the New York Knicks. When he’s not on the court or cheering from the sidelines, you’ll likely find him brewing coffee at home, exploring new ways to perfect his favorite drinks. He also enjoys DIY projects and recently took on the challenge of building a sauna in his backyard—a reflection of his curiosity and love of creating things with his own two hands.
Whether in the clinic or at home, Dr. Kim brings the same level of dedication, curiosity, and care to everything he does. He’s excited to be part of the team and looks forward to getting to know each patient and supporting their long-term oral health.
Dr. Lalisa attended the USC School of Dentistry and graduated in the top 5% of her class. She has been practicing dentistry since 2000 and completes over 200 units of continuing education each year to keep her skills and practice up to date.
Dr. Lalisa’s professional membership includes the Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry. In which only 7% of the general dentist achieve this honor. As well as many other excellent groups:

● California Dental Association
● Tri-county Dental Society, and
● American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Her commitment to dentistry is personified through the dedication and passion she has for caring for her patients. Dr. Lalisa does not stray away from achieving the best results by using the newest dental technology as well as her continued education.
Dr. Lalisa and her husband have three children: Tanya, Tara, and Tanner. Dr. Lalisa enjoys camping, reading, spending time with her family, and volunteering in her community.
